Management Coaching from Alison Green
Here's the thing about being a manager: You often end up in the job because you were good at something else. And most people never really get trained in how to manage well, but rather muddle by the best they can.
Books and classes for managers tend to offer one-size-fits-all solutions, when what most managers want is someone who can help them handle the specific situations and personalities facing them right now.
That's exactly what I do. For years, I've mentored and taught other managers, and I love helping managers manage well.
I'm available for consulting help with things like:
- learning how to hire well
- assessing and addressing performance problems
- role development
- new manager training
- coaching for more experienced managers
- and more
